Kindness Is Contagious!

In today's world, so filled with negative news, all of us working hard to even make a living, all of us yearning for change and sometimes feeling that there's not much just one person could possibly do to create a whole lot of change in the way things are....

...there are those who are making a difference! For themselves and other people and all the while setting up a 'ripple effect' that inspires others to each do something too, either alone, or with a little help from their friends, in the beginning.

Some of the things done by the people shown below have now actually spread city to city and even to other countries.

So...I ask today what can each of us get creative and think of doing?

Or perhaps those who hear about these folks will simply want to duplicate the efforts in their own town!

This group of guys has been spreading kindness all over the place for some time now and is hoping others will form groups like this and continue spreading this idea round the world.

Found this in a book by Shel Silverstein called "Where the Sidewalk Ends" Thought you might appreciate it. It made me remember how great it feels to be a kid. Carefree and stoked!

Hug O War

I will not play at tug o war,

I'd rather play at hug o war,

Where everyone hugs Instead of tugs,

Where everyone giggles

And rolls on the rug,
