It Began With One Man and One Cow

We have been contributing a portion of our personal income to for years. Heifer.org has been around for over 60 years now blessing others and helping them develop self sustaining lifestyles.

We've contacted people locally and schools, groups, and other organizations to spread the news about the accomplishments of the Heifer organization.

Heifer has shown what the small efforts of many people can accomplish towards ending world hunger and helping thousands to develop sustainable lifestyles.

Amazing that such a great organization evolved from a midwestern farmer, returning home after the war, taking just one idea he had and putting it into action to help other people.
